A new manly fragrance by John Varvatos named John Varvatos Artisan Pure was released in 2017. It was a limited-edition cologne that took inspiration from the original Artisan cologne that was released in 2009. This perfume has a fresh, zesty scent that is reminiscent of the hills near Xalapa, Mexico. Marjoram, thyme, clementine, mandarin, bergamot, and lemon are among the top notes. Ginger and petit grain make up the heart. A base of musk, orris root, woods, and amber completes the fragrance.
